Role Overview

Lead the HRSS team in the Government Services department to implement efficient and Employee Experience-centered processes for the Group's employees, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Collaborate with the Head Of HRSS to establish streamlined processes with operational departments and overseas markets when needed. Support in analyzing HR and business data for informed decision-making by HR leaders and business stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Head of HRSS and the Group HRIS team on HR analytics, reporting, and technology projects related to Government Services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and retain the HRSS team in Government Services.
  • Manage Immigration activities for Al-Futtaim's businesses in KSA, including liaising with government authorities and third parties.
  • Ensure process efficiency and employee experience are priorities in HRSS service delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and Group policies.
  • Design integrated processes between Government Services and operational departments.
  • Liaise with counterparts in other MENA countries to align on service delivery best practices.
  • Provide timely transactional HR services following SLAs.
  • Act as a trusted service partner to foster customer intimacy and guide stakeholders according to requirements and best practices.
  • Facilitate change management to support business growth and development.
  • Identify policy enhancements and provide recommendations for implementation.
  • Maintain HR policy compliance, strengthen internal controls, and advise leadership on governance.
  • Manage governmental relations affairs and propose solutions on complex government-related matters.
  • Deliver necessary governmental documents to businesses promptly.
  • Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to address complex business issues.
  • Analyze HR and business data to support decision-making processes.
  • Drive innovation in Government Services practices using technological tools.
  • Oversee team operations and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Desirable: University Degree
  • 7-10 years of HR Operations/Shared Services management experience, preferably in Government Services/Relations.
  • Analytical and data management abilities.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, or Workday.
