Job Purpose:
Lead the implementation and management of APM studies and Equipment Reliability Improvement processes at Saudi Kayan. Oversee all reliability activities for plant equipment, working with Subject Matter Experts and team members in line with OMS-433 guidelines. Act as a focal point for reliability-related initiatives, ensuring methodology effectiveness and driving continuous improvement in plant reliability while transitioning towards proactive maintenance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive RCM studies process till implementation in SAP and Meridium.
- Collaborate with SMEs & team members to outline APM yearly plan.
- Enhance Reliability through KPI analysis and engage with PMT during weekly meetings.
- Analyze & improve assigned PMT for Bad Actors & Availability threats.
- Generate and review Bad Actor list for resolution planning.
- Ensure mitigation plan availability and update MTA portal.
- Implement APM methodologies in new projects where applicable.
- Report OMS KPIs monthly for dashboard issuance.
- Support task force teams through effective engagement.
- Evaluate PM efficiency through technical expert discussions.
- Update RCM and SHEM forms in SAP and Meridium.
- Review PM for optimization under 'PM Efficiency Improvement Program'.
- Conduct awareness sessions for Frontlines on methodologies & initiatives.
- Implement ATC findings from assessment reports.
- Conduct APM Spot Audits.
- Review/approve PM/PdM for plant equipment.
- Perform reliability analysis for improvements.
Requirements:
BS in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years' experience in petrochemical plant or refinery, including 3 years using APM methodologies for rotating equipment in a technical support role.
