JOB TITLE: Marketing ExecutiveDEPARTMENT: Marketing REPORTING TO: Managing Director KSALOCATION: Riyadh, KSAMAIN PURPOSE The Marketing Executive in KSA is accountable for defining, executing, and monitoring the marketing & communications strategy for the brand in the region.This is to enhance brand visibility & awareness, aligning with global corporate standards while adhering to the set budget, aiming to capture market share and optimize sales opportunities.DIMENSION KSA Network of internal & external sales points and partnerships.CONTEXT Positioned at the local KSA headquarters, reporting to the Managing Director of KSA, with a functional link to the Regional Marketing Manager on significant projects, requiring travel across the nation and to Dubai.KEY CONTACTS Internal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Enhance ROI by supporting the sales performance of the retail & wholesale network through a tailored marketing approach.
  2. Optimize brand visibility and relevance across the retail and wholesale network to meet sales goals while maintaining a robust brand image.
THE MARKETING EXECUTIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR• Ensuring implementation of marketing plans for all accounts (Internal & External).• Executing a varied calendar of activities for the local Saudi market.• Supporting launch events & activities in key cities: Jeddah, Riyadh, and Khobar, among others.• Assisting the Retail-CRM team for all accounts to ensure clear communication and brand-aligned messaging for each activation throughout the calendar year.Strategy & Planning• Developing marketing plans for all accounts (Internal & External), focusing on activities such as Product Launches, seasonal events, and exhibitions, and CRM coordination with the regional office in Dubai to maintain relevant messaging.• Regularly updating key stakeholders and accounts (Internal and external) on marketing activities and product information in Saudi Arabia.• Ensuring all marketing activities by internal and external accounts comply with international guidelines and the new vision of the brand.• Coordinating with Regional HQ departments to ensure alignment with global guidelines.Marketing Tools/Material: • Providing updated Marketing Tools, Decks, and guidelines to the local Marketing team including VM and Key Accounts (Internal and External) for local implementation.• Developing and implementing locally needed marketing tools to support the sales network.Events & Exhibitions • Crafting pitches, case studies, and reports for local requirements or adapting the regional approach to the local market.• Ensuring all events and exhibitions align with local key messaging and international standards, coordinating with Regional HQ.• Supporting logistics and suppliers for event implementation across the market.• Assisting PR and Media activities related to wholesale points of sales in coordination with the regional HQ.Budget & Reporting: • Assisting senior management with developing marketing budgets for the local market and coordinating with regional team for reporting.• Keeping local budget up to date and accurate, supporting local activations, and sharing activity reports with stakeholders and regional HQ.• Generating end-of-activity reports detailing ROI and key insights for stakeholders.Required experience: • Previous experience in similar marketing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.• Demonstrated Project management skills.Technical skills / abilities: • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.• Ability to travel frequently.• Capable of independent work within a regional team.Language skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic (French is a plus)
