Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Facilities Manager in all aspects of Hard FM for developing the Facilities Management Strategy, as part of the overall Estate Operational Management Strategy, including:
    • Health, safety, and environmental considerations.
    • Management of back and front house areas.
    • Review and recommendation of CAFM systems.
    • Development of facilities management plans and delivery programs.
    • Assistance in creating O&M Manuals specifications.
    • Offer expertise on Hard FM services to meet contractual obligations.
    • Recommendation and implementation of best practices and green technologies.
    • Oversee areas such as Building Maintenance, CCTV Systems, Access Systems, Fire Safety, and more.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Specific Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years' experience, including 2 years in a similar dynamic role within Hard Services facility management.
  • Proven experience in team management within the Facility Management industry.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Understanding of both Hard and Soft Service operational dependencies.
  • Background in facilities management and operations with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with Government partners and Facility Management contractors.
  • Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic or another second language is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and manage projects effectively.
