Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled PPE Coordinator to join the team. As a PPE Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining the process of ordering, coordinating, and distributing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the Qiddiya program. This involves ensuring consistent PPE quality, smooth supply and delivery for new starters and visitors, and maximizing cost benefits through efficient scale utilization.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining and managing store operations, including stock recording and administration

  • Documenting all store items received and distributed

  • Exploring Inventory Management System options

  • Collaborating with Framework Suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels

  • Coordinating with QIC Procurement Team and Suppliers for stock orders and delivery reconciliation

  • Aligning ordering and budget allocation

  • Forecasting new joiner numbers and timings in collaboration with Delivery Partner Teams

  • Engaging with DP HSE Heads for feedback and continuous improvement

  • Addressing PPE requests from new joiners

  • Coordinating with the Induction Team for preparedness of PPE 'packs'

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail or store management

  • Understanding of retail operations and procurement processes

  • Proficiency in IT

  • Capability to devise and execute material management strategies

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Systematic handling of high volumes of data

  • Initiative-taking and ability to lead tasks independently

  • Effective problem-solving skills and sound judgement

  • Responsibilities and qualifications may vary based on assignment

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Preference for familiarity with Aconex, SAP, and Sharepoint

  • Positive, friendly, and organized approach
