Innovation & Continuous Improvement Manager

Develop and implement the innovation strategy aligned with JCDC's strategic goals.
Oversee the Innovation Steering Committee (ISC) to ensure effective management of innovation initiatives.
Manage the Innovation Portal to facilitate employee-driven innovation.
Establish and update criteria for pre-screening and evaluating submitted ideas.
Monitor and report on the progress of innovation initiatives against KPIs and objectives.
Lead internal innovation campaigns and organize the annual innovation award program.
Develop and update policies, processes, and procedures related to innovation and continuous improvement.
Conduct periodic awareness sessions to enhance employees' understanding of innovation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creativity within the organization.
