Continuous Improvement Process Specialist

The team is seeking a Continuous Improvement Process Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the link between station management and the team, contributing to the optimization of delivery station operations by providing knowledge and tools to enhance delivery performance.
Your goal is to solve complex problems with simple, practical solutions by developing a deep understanding of operational processes. You will create effective communication plans to ensure visibility across impacted teams, facilitating overall process alignment.
You will execute improvement projects aimed at simplifying mechanisms to track metric deviations and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities- Support technology launches for Delivery Stations, Service Partners, and Delivery Partners.
- Maintain SOPs, START, and standard process materials updated according to current standards.
- Analyze main metrics weekly to develop improvement projects that meet business goals.
- Lead audits to verify process accuracy by the Ops Team, including support area processes.
- Assist the Ops Team with analysis to detect deviations from standard processes.
- Provide perspective to optimize package flow and reduce time wastage, improving workflow.
- Completed High School diploma or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in learning or continuous improvement roles.
- English skills (B1+).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields with knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Support project improvement events to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals.
- Provide effective feedback related to Standard Process adherence.
- Deliver training solutions to support project deployment and increase adoption.
- Analyze metrics to identify deviations and create clear improvement plans.
