Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth supply chain processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations, including warehouse and transportation management.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  3. Monitor and optimize inventory control, fleet management, and order fulfillment.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  5. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  7. Lead and develop operational teams to maintain high productivity and performance.
