DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for OFR Ops Specialist in Saudi Arabia. In this specific position you will develop and administer Ops Administration plans and processes to maintain effective operations and productivity by developing well organized work procedures and workflow in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies.

In this OFR Ops Specialist position

  • You will develop and administer Ops Administration plans and processes to maintain effective operations and productivity by developing well organized work procedures and workflow in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies.
  • You will have to understand, identify, and analyze problems and implement plans for increased efficiency.
  • You will execute critical processes including operating input devices to enter critical data and codes into digital files, forms, and databases.
  • You will prepare Ops administration plans for project and operations audits, inventories, and shipments.
  • You will have to prioritize and coordinate support materials for meetings and project events.
  • You will prepare and implement effective operational plans by implementing well organized work procedures and workflow, solving problems, and implementing action plans.
  • You will consolidate process payments and maintain documents, ensuring that everyone understands company procedures and policies.
  • You will have to prioritize and coordinate Ops Administration activities including producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting, and filing information, handling mail, preparing routine reports, making travel arrangements, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment.
  • You will have to develop and formulate plans and processes for operation and maintenance of office equipment and ensure safe and clean office workspace.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
  • More than 4 years within the same field
  • Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal.
