Job Overview

In this position you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop research and data collection to understand the organizations conduct analysis.
  2. Interview the clients' employees, management team and other stakeholders.
  3. Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives.
  4. Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out.
  5. Lead and manage those within the team, including analysts.
  6. Manage projects and be part of programs.
  7. Conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops.
  8. Effectively prepare business proposals and presentations.
  9. Interface with clients to discover their business challenges.
  10. Perform quantitative and observational data analyses.
  11. Create and present client recommendations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  2. Additional qualifications or certifications a plus.
  3. 1-3 years experience as a Management Consultant or another relevant role.
  4. Familiarity with common business software, project management programs.
  5. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  6. Effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
  7. Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects.
  8. Impeccable organizational skills.
  9. Strong working knowledge of business management best practices.
  10. Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking.
  11. Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills.
  12. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  13. Strong presentation and communication skills.
