We are seeking a Project Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience to lead and manage projects within government or large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, risk management, and scheduling, with a strong ability to track progress using Gantt charts, maintain risk registers, and ensure project deliverables align with strategic objectives.

Key Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in maintaining and updating risk registers to track and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to create and manage Gantt charts for tracking project milestones and timelines.
  • Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing projects in government entities or large organizations.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification in project management.
Other Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to coordinate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing project dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain Gantt charts for scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation
  • Maintain and update risk registers, identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
  • Monitor project risks and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management & Reporting
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
  • Performance Monitoring & Compliance
  • Track and report key project metrics to ensure project alignment with objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and best practices.
