The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, source, screen, and hire top talent for various clinical and non-clinical roles within Saudi German Health. The role ensures recruitment efforts align with SGH's standards, policies, and strategic workforce needs, while promoting a strong employer brand across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with department heads and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  2. Source qualified candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
  3. Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, including LinkedIn and SGH's career page.
  4. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria and organizational fit.
  5. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interviews with hiring managers.
  6. Manage candidate documentation and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and healthcare regulations (SCFHS, MOH, etc.).
  7. Maintain candidate databases and generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
  8. Support the onboarding process in collaboration with the onboarding and credentialing teams.
  9. Coordinate with licensing, dataflow, and relocation teams for international hires.
  10. Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  11. Ensure all recruitment activities meet internal SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.
  3. Familiarity with SCFHS licensing procedures, DataFlow, and international hiring practices (Philippines, India, Egypt, etc.).
  4. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  6. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  7. Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  9. Knowledge of Saudi labor market trends and healthcare workforce planning.
  10. Strong attention to detail and commitment to candidate experience.
