Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate operations between departments.
  2. Oversee daily operations and ensure timely execution.
  3. Plan and schedule customer deliveries and installations.
  4. Track technician attendance and installation schedules.
  5. Handle after-sales operations for delivery and installation.
  6. Organize installation schedules and ensure efficiency.
  7. Follow up on maintenance requests from customers.
  8. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in operations or coordination roles (preferably in interior or manufacturing or furniture field).
  2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
  4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  6. Fluent in Arabic and English (Hindi is a plus).
