About the Role:
To Assist the DHRM in administering the development of HR strategies, workforce plans, and budgets by following HR practices and procedures and providing HR services to manage the personnel activities within the Sales Division and to ensure that regions are provided with required services from other departments.
Activities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies and identify the risks and opportunities to support business objectives.
- Ensure workforce planning aligns with budget constraints.
- Track and report budget utilization for staffing and workforce expenses.
- Maintain an up-to-date workforce database.
- Provide workforce insights and reports to support decision-making.
- Develop contingency plans to address workforce gaps and manage workforce-related costs.
Requirement:
The potential candidates must be SAUDI and meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR/Administration.
- 4 years of experience at the managerial level.
- SAP- HR Module or related HR Management System experience.
- Previous experience in FMCG is preferred.
- Management & Leadership skills.
