Job Overview:

As a Product Trainer, your mission is to empower users with a comprehensive understanding of JISR SaaS products, enabling them to harness their full potential. Your role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, instructional design mastery, and exceptional communication skills. The mission is clear: facilitate knowledge, ignite mastery, and ensure our product becomes a catalyst for HR excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Internal Team Training:
    Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams on new product features, updates, and best practices. Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and roles of different teams. Assess training effectiveness and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  2. Customer Enablement (Webinars & Workshops):
    Design and conduct engaging webinars and workshops to educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices. Tailor content to meet the specific needs and levels of understanding of different customer segments. Facilitate interactive sessions and encourage customer participation.
  3. Customer Enablement (Video Content Creation):
    Develop and produce high-quality video content, such as tutorials, demos, and explainer videos, to support customer learning and engagement. Ensure that video content is clear, informative, well-structured, and easy to understand.
  4. LMS Maintenance and Management:
    Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) used for delivering training content. Ensure the LMS is up-to-date and functioning properly. Track and analyze learner progress and engagement metrics.
  5. Alignment with the Product Team:
    Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the product team to stay informed about product updates and roadmaps. Ensure that training materials and programs are aligned with the product's evolution and customer needs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development: Create and curate training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
  2. Learner Support: Provide ongoing support to learners, answering questions and addressing any issues.
  3. Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as subject matter experts and instructional designers, to ensure the quality of training materials.
  5. Deep Product Expertise: A demonstrated deep understanding of the product's features, functionalities, and technical intricacies.
  6. Platform Mastery: Proficiency in using various learning management systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms.
  7. Content Creation Proficiency: Ability to create high-quality training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive content.
  8. Additional Differentiators:
  9. Certifications: Relevant certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
  10. Experience in a SaaS environment: Experience working in a SaaS environment and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities associated with training SaaS products.
  11. Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Education, curriculum design, e-Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. A relevant certification in training, e-learning, or a related field is a significant advantage.
  3. 3+ years of experience in educational leadership, instructional design, video production, or a related role, with a focus on e-learning and online resources.
  4. A track record of successfully leading and managing educational programs/platforms.
  5. Experience in the HR software or HR services industry is beneficial.
