We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Hero to lead and manage talent acquisition for our company. This role is pivotal in building a robust team across multiple disciplines—from sales and business development to technology and customer operations. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract top-tier talent to fill key roles, including Sales, business developers, designers, marketing specialists, as well as front end, back end, infrastructure, and integration experts, along with customer success and operations professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment plan. Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Design and execute tailored recruitment strategies for diverse roles across various teams. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process—from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Talent Attraction & Employer Branding: Develop and promote our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. Leverage innovative recruitment channels and partnerships to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Establish and refine recruitment policies, procedures, and metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance with legal requirements. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize the hiring process. Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and candidate evaluation. Foster a collaborative and inclusive hiring culture across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the tech or startup sector.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with a track record of managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment practices, employer branding, and talent management strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
