We are looking for a Senior Projects Sales Engineer to help increase our market share in KSA. The location is our office in Riyadh, KSA. You will report to the Senior Sales Manager for the residential segment and Projects Development – Home & Distribution Business Unit.
The Home & Distribution Business Unit is responsible for promoting all Schneider scope in the Distribution segment & Residential segment.
Focusing on Final Distribution Panel, Wiring Devices, Isolators, Home Automation, Emergency Lighting & E-mobility Solutions.
As a Senior Projects Sales Engineer, your role and responsibilities are:
- Assuring full scanning for current projects, especially residential ones in the central area.
- Assuring prescription & selling of Schneider products in these projects, especially Home & Distribution scope.
- Collaborating with the sales force of other segments to prescribe and sell Home & Distribution scope in all projects.
- Maintaining high and effective relations with our distribution network and partners to facilitate our sales and approach to current projects.
- Providing customers with full technical and commercial support as per project specifications and our portfolio.
- Preparing technical offers/submittals in cooperation with the Presales team & our partners.
- Fully utilizing your relations to reach the maximum number of contractors/end-users to increase our market share.
Required skills:
- High communication and presentation skills, both towards a technical and non-technical audience.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals.
- Key accounts management and strategic planning.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical descriptions and requests for tender.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications:
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in engineering – preferred Electrical.
- A minimum work experience of 3-5 years in a similar role or 5 years in a front office position that requires sales and technical competencies.
