Bechtel and our consortium partners are excited to be hiring the completion teams which will finalize the monumental Riyadh Metro Project (RMP). The Bechtel-led consortium designed and built two rail lines forming the backbone of Riyadh's new public transportation network. The BACS consortium, which includes Almabani General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company, and Siemens, is responsible for the design, construction, train cars, and signaling as well as electrification and integration of the new lines to the rest of the system. Riyadh's population of nearly 6 million is forecast to increase to 8 million by 2030. The new metro system will meet the demands of the growing population while reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality.

Job Summary:

The Cooperative Training will be given an overview and training in various contract functions/verticals. The primary coverage will be on the processes based on a two-month program.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of respective vertical leaders and will work closely with team leads and supervisors for day-to-day activities.
  2. Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used by these verticals.
  3. Collaborative Trainees would be provided training and expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports/activities including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports.
  4. Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.
  5. Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
  6. Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
  7. Conducting research and analysis as required.
  8. Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. Students must be in the final stages of graduation. Bachelor's degree program in Law at an accredited college or university.
  2. Students should qualify to undergo the training as part of the university curriculum.
  3. Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of (2.5 out of 4) or (4 out of 5).
  4. Excellent skills in oral and written communication.
  5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

  1. Good Communication Skills.
  2. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable and can maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress.
  3. Ability to work well in a team.
  4. Time management and organizational skills.
  5. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Students should be from the core Law field.
  8. Good Academic background.
  9. The Students must know the basic principles and practices.
  10. Problem-solving, entering and verifying data, working knowledge of computers, various software applications, and standard office equipment.
