Sales Account Manager

Masterworks Company is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, develop long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities to deliver innovative IT solutions aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. - Sales Growth
Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives by upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. - Strategic Planning
Develop account plans to forecast and achieve revenue goals.
Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management. - Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide market insights and feedback to inform product and service development.
Represent Masterworks at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or IT solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
