Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and document functional requirements
  • Analyze existing Oracle applications and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency
  • Design and implement solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle solutions across various departments
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and user documentation to facilitate system adoption
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve application efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HRMS application
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Oracle E-Business Suite implementations and upgrades
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including HRMS and Financials.
