The Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing efforts for an off-plan residential real estate development, ensuring the successful execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and delivering high-quality, sales-ready leads for the sales team.
This role involves managing marketing campaigns, driving brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
The Marketing Manager will oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and position the company as a leader in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for off-plan residential projects.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions (USPs) for projects.
- Align marketing strategies with sales objectives to maximize lead conversion and ROI.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, outdoor media, and events.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget while delivering measurable results.
- Optimize campaign performance using marketing analytics and data-driven insights.
- Design and implement targeted lead-generation strategies to support sales objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with conversion targets.
- Track and analyse lead performance to ensure high-quality, sales-ready leads are delivered.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and nurture leads efficiently.
- Oversee the company's digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and content marketing to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential buyers.
- Leverage data analytics and marketing automation to optimize digital campaigns and enhance ROI.
- Plan and execute property launch events, roadshows, open houses, and trade shows.
- Build strategic partnerships with real estate brokers, investors, financial institutions, and media outlets.
- Ensure a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Work with a team of marketing professionals, designers, and content creators.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and advertising partners for campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and project management) for seamless project execution.
- Track and analyse key marketing metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing, preferably in off-plan residential real estate.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM platforms, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, YouTube, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Experience in using marketing automation tools, AI-driven analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred for enhanced audience engagement.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in marketing off-plan residential developments, expertise in lead generation, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. They should be innovative, analytical, and capable of delivering high-quality leads to the sales team, ensuring increased conversions and revenue growth.
