Insurance Officer

Qualifications:
-- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
-- Experience: 3 – 5 years in Insurance field.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work in daily transaction for all kind of insurance (Medical, Motors, Properties, Projects, Marine).
  2. Work on Insurance Reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
  3. Receiving calls from the company's members regarding insurance issues.
  4. Contact and follow up with insurance companies regarding insurance policies issues.
  5. Meet with company employees to receive their claims and requests (In Medical Insurance), and then arrange to collect the medical reimbursements from Insurance Company.
  6. Meet with who is responsible in Company for Motors and Equipment's in case any damage happened to collect all required documents (In Motor Insurance), then proceed the claim with Insurance Company and follow up till finalize it.
  7. Help Insurance Head in prepare the design for all insurance policies and participate in prepare the Insurance study for all insurance policies for High Management.
  8. Keeping all related files and records.
