Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, test and deploy new software programs.
  • Work closely with software developers, UX designers, project managers, clients and third parties/vendors to execute projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Meet with clients to collect and assess requirements, define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed and comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Track project performance and goals using appropriate tools and techniques.

Required skills, abilities, education, and experience:
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, project management, business or similar.
  • Experience in delivering AI.
  • Highly experienced in software & software solutions, Deep Tech and/or AI.
  • 5+ years of project management professional experience in IT.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio and web conferencing tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management.
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively remove obstacles and challenges.
  • Experience with conflict resolution.
  • Ability to tolerate stress.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technology.
  • Able to work independently on researching solutions and applying findings.
  • Willing to do what it takes to finish assignment.
