As a PMO Director, you will be accountable for the Operational Services layer that supports the studio by overseeing the management of transversal teams and Production services Co-development, Agile Practices and Production Methodologies and PMO.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  1. Contribute to the implementation of co-development mandates with collaborating studios, communicate the mandate to the teams, make any necessary adjustments and ensure compliance throughout the production process.
  2. Centralise information on current and future mandates.
  3. Assess needs for upcoming projects within the studios and provide visibility on future requirements and relevant service teams.
  4. Develop standards and guidelines to ensure a smooth technical collaboration between lead and associate studios.
