About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Site Logistics Manager to lead and coordinate all logistics activities for a large-scale Airport Construction Project. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, equipment, and personnel across a complex and dynamic site. You will work closely with project stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams to maintain efficient site operations while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies and site-wide logistics plans.
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries, laydown areas, waste management, material handling, and traffic flow.
  • Oversee site access control, signage, and logistical safety measures.
  • Interface with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure logistics alignment with project schedules.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage logistics staff and subcontractors on-site.
  • Resolve logistical challenges proactively and ensure minimal disruption to construction operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Warehouse Management within large infrastructure or construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • ERP system experience or equivalent is required.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics on complex, high-traffic construction sites.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards related to logistics.
  • Familiarity with digital logistics and tracking tools is a plus.
  • Experience working on airport projects is highly preferred.
