Maintain the scope of work, procedures and schedules to achieve project objectives aligned with the Client needs and KCC abilities.
Controls, monitoring and reviewing project progress with all concerned departments in head office and on-site for all activities related to project planning to submit reports on time as per Report Frequency List.
Assess the Contractor project program to ensure it is acceptable with resource, cost loading, and properly updated on a regular basis.
Compare project progress against the master schedule and the Contractor's Construction Program to analyze any areas in delay (or ahead of schedule) and report to the project team accordingly.
Raise early warnings of potential risks to project delivery in order to identify solutions in conjunction with the Project Team; recognizing programmed activities as necessary to mitigate any time, disruption, or cost impact and to expedite the work to finish the project on time.
Evaluate, in conjunction with the Engineer, the Contractor's monthly progress report and application for payment and arrange for any necessary adjustments.
Monitor construction progress on-site and assist the Project Team in the preparation of recovery action plans to address delays and keep the project on the right track.

Job Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
Civil Engineering or Any Related Course.
5+ years of experience in Technical Office Concerns and Planning Techniques.
Extensive familiarity with Technical Planning Scope of Works.
Familiar with all the Planning Engineering Methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools, and manpower allocations related to Planning Scope of Works for building projects.
Knowledge of Primavera P6 or advanced version, SPS, Mini-Tab, and other related software in Planning Works.
Fluent in English and MS Office, with a working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of Planning Engineering and the Basic Requirements of other Engineering fields.
