As we expand in Saudi Arabia, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IT Project Manager to lead and deliver successful ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, from planning to implementation and support.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Manage stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory and security standards for IT projects.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Drive continuous improvements and best practices in project management.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3+ years managing ServiceNow projects
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or other modules
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification (preferred)
  • Experience in government, banking, or enterprise IT environments is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
