We are seeking a highly skilled Projects Coordinator/ Technical Manager to lead and oversee engineering teams while acting as a Client Representative to ensure that technical projects align with client requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise, along with excellent client-facing communication skills. This role involves overseeing engineering operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Project Leadership:

  1. Provide technical oversight and guidance in design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  2. Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  3. Ensure projects meet engineering best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
  4. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize engineering processes.

Client Representation & Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Act as the primary liaison between clients and the engineering team, ensuring that project goals align with client expectations.
  2. Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits to provide technical insights and project updates.
  3. Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into actionable engineering solutions.
  4. Address client concerns, manage expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  6. Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  7. Promote best practices in engineering and project management methodologies.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering management, including direct client interaction.
  3. Technical Expertise: Strong background in industry-specific technologies, tools, or methodologies.
  4. Client Relations: Proven experience representing organizations in client-facing roles, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
  5. Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP-certified approaches.
  6. Leadership Abilities: Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with large-scale projects and enterprise clients.
  2. Knowledge of contract negotiation and client agreements.
