Position Summary

Manage and arrange all Aircraft and client services.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school certificate + 10 years experience in aircraft ground operation or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years in aircraft ground operation or equivalent experience.
  • Flight dispatcher license.
  • Medical fitness.
  • Excellent English (Read - Write - Speak).
  • Course in Ramp safety and Security.
  • Course in handling Dangerous Goods.
  • Course in Human Factors.
Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times.
  • Ensure that safety considerations are given the foremost priority.
  • Apply safety measures as required by the SMS procedures and instructions.
  • Report incidents, accidents, and/or unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Provide and serve aircrafts with required paperwork (Flight plan, NOTAM, Weather reports, and Charts, etc.).
  • Assign tasks to Operation employees in accordance with customer demands.
  • Coordinate hotel reservations.
  • Prepare and file work orders (arrival, departure, permits) cash/credit.
  • Follow up on crew visas.
  • Acknowledge customer emails in a timely manner with replies in line with rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate and follow up on handling requests at any other airports in the kingdom.
  • Arrange crew transportation from/to the terminal.
  • Support other departments with their tasks in sales and services.
  • Arrange Catering, Fuel, and Third-Party services on behalf of customers when requested.
  • Train new subordinates on workflow, rules, and regulations.
  • Identify aircraft parking spots.
  • Hand over and brief the next shift.
  • Report any incidents or accidents and write technical and administrative reports.
  • Provide any other needed tasks/services required by management, clients, or government.

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircraft arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extremely hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
