At LAVUI, we are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue expansion in the competitive luxury eyewear industry.

LAVUI is the largest women's eyewear online store in the Middle East, with a focus on providing a diverse range of high-quality, fashion-forward eyewear options for women. Our mission is to empower women to express their unique personalities and personal style choices through our curated eyewear collection and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential partners in the luxury eyewear and fashion industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including influencers, fashion brands, optical retailers, and boutique stores to expand LAVUI's market presence.
  • Develop and execute B2B partnership strategies to collaborate with optical stores, high-end fashion boutiques, and retail distributors.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and engagement through strategic campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create and implement initiatives that drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships that align with LAVUI's growth vision and help in market expansion.
  • Develop business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that align with potential clients' needs and LAVUI's value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of business development efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry innovations and trends to recommend new business strategies and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales, ideally in luxury fashion, eyewear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and partnership development.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a proven track record of securing successful business partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders across different industries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.).
  • Experience in working with influencers and brand partnerships is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in business development tools (CRM, analytics software, or market research platforms) is preferred.
