Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Manage lead generation, cold-calling & lead qualification to identify prospects.
  2. Schedule & confirm meetings with potential clients through calls and email.
  3. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead tracking and follow-ups.
  4. Prepare daily prospect lists for approval and provide daily activity reports.
  5. Conduct research on prospects to ensure AML compliance before outreach.
  6. Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) with administrative tasks & meeting follow-ups.
  7. Track and report progress on client engagement and lead conversion.
  8. Collaborate with the Marketing team and internal departments for seamless operations.
What You Bring:
  1. Experience in Customer Service role or related within financial institutions.
  2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  3. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
  6. Strong interpersonal, research, and analytical skills.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
