Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist with extensive experience in NDMO frameworks, PDPL compliance, and Informatica tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data governance strategies, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabia's data regulations, and optimizing data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Governance & Compliance:
  2. Implement and maintain NDMO-compliant data management frameworks and policies.
  3. Ensure PDPL compliance for personal data processing, storage, and security.
  4. Conduct data audits and assessments to align with regulatory requirements.
  5. Develop and enforce data classification, retention, and protection policies.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data handling aligns with legal and organizational requirements.
  7. Utilize Informatica (PowerCenter, Data Quality, MDM, IDMC, Axon…) for data integration, cleansing, governance, and management.
  8. Design and implement ETL workflows and data pipelines using Informatica tools.
  9. Develop metadata management and data lineage strategies for data governance and compliance.
  10. Monitor data quality, resolve anomalies, and ensure data accuracy.
  11. Optimize data architecture to enhance scalability, security, and accessibility.
  12. Work closely with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to support regulatory reporting.
  13. Prepare documentation and reports on data governance and compliance status.
  14. Train internal teams on best practices for data handling and security.
  15. Provide technical guidance on data security, privacy, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Compliance roles.
  3. Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica MDM, PowerCenter, IDMC or related tools.
  4. Strong knowledge of NDMO policies, PDPL, and other Saudi data regulations.
  5. Experience with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data security best practices.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  1. Informatica Certified Professional (ICP) in Data Governance, Data Quality, or MDM.
  2. CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
  3. CIPP/E or CIPM (for privacy and compliance expertise).
