This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. The role involves leading the project management team, coordinating with other departments, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for efficient project management aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage the project management team to achieve performance excellence.
  3. Establish policies and procedures to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.
  4. Oversee project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
  6. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  7. Act as a liaison between the project management department, production, engineering, procurement, and sales teams.
  8. Ensure seamless communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
  9. Oversee contract reviews and manage change orders during project execution.
  10. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and team performance.
  11. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  12. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  13. Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Promote a culture of safety and quality across all project management activities.

  • Strong understanding of steel structure manufacturing processes and project requirements.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial or construction projects.
  • Skilled in cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of project managers and coordinators.
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for stakeholder management.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex problems and find effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Structural, or Industrial) or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the steel or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
