- إعداد الموازنات التقديرية للمشاريع ومراقبة التكاليف أثناء التنفيذ وضمان الالتزام بالميزانية.
- متابعة تنفيذ الأعمال اليومية بالمواقع وضمان جودة التنفيذ طبقًا للمواصفات الفنية والمعايير المعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية (الهندسية، المالية، التشغيلية) لدعم سير العمل بالمشاريع.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية (مثل البلديات، الدفاع المدني، وزارة الطاقة) لاستكمال التصاريح والتراخيص المطلوبة.
- إدارة عمليات التوريد والتعاقد مع مقاولي الباطن والاستشاريين ومتابعة التزاماتهم.
- إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا عن تقدم المشاريع والمعوقات المحتملة وخطط معالجتها.
- مراجعة واعتماد المخططات الهندسية والمستندات التنفيذية بالتنسيق مع فرق العمل.
- متابعة تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة في جميع مراحل تنفيذ المشروع.
- الإشراف على تسليم المشاريع وتشغيلها وفق الجداول المحددة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والإداري للفريق الهندسي والإشراف على تطوير أدائهم.
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو إدارة المشاريع أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع البناء، ويفضل مشاريع محطات الوقود أو المنشآت التجارية.
- معرفة ممتازة بالبرامج الهندسية مثل AutoCAD وPrimavera أو MS Project.
- إجادة استخدام برامج المكاتب الإدارية مثل Microsoft Office (Excel، Word، PowerPoint).
- خبرة في التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية لاستصدار التصاريح والتراخيص.
- قدرة عالية على إعداد الجداول الزمنية، الموازنات، والتقارير الإدارية والهندسية.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة فرق العمل والتواصل الفعّال مع الأطراف المعنية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
The Head of Projects Department is responsible for the full supervision of planning and executing the company's fuel station construction projects, managing assigned budgets, and ensuring the execution of works according to the approved timelines and specifications. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and government authorities to ensure smooth project progression, requiring strong experience in project management and proficiency in engineering and office software.

- Develop work plans and schedules for project execution and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Prepare project budget estimates and monitor expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
- Oversee daily construction activities at project sites and ensure work quality meets approved standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, operations) to support project activities.
- Liaise with government authorities (municipalities, civil defense, Ministry of Energy) to complete permits and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement processes and subcontractor and consultant contracts, ensuring their compliance.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on project progress, risks, and corrective actions.
- Review and approve engineering drawings and execution documents in collaboration with project teams.
- Monitor the application of quality and safety standards throughout the project phases.
- Supervise project delivery and ensure operational readiness according to the planned schedules.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the engineering team and supervise performance development.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in construction project management, preferably in fuel stations or commercial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD and Primavera or MS Project.
- Proficiency in administrative software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in dealing with government agencies to obtain permits and licenses.
- High capability in preparing project schedules, budgets, and administrative/technical reports.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for managing project teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
