Requirements:
- Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Law, or Business Administration).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract laws, FIDIC terms, claims management, and construction project requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in contract management software and tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
