Role Description

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Instructor for a contract role located on-site in Riyadh. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering corporate training programs focused on digital transformation, AI-driven technologies, and change management. The instructor will work closely with clients to tailor training content to their needs, provide hands-on demonstrations, assess learning outcomes, and support the implementation of digital strategies.

Qualifications

  1. 7+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Technical Training
  2. In-depth knowledge of AI-driven technologies, including Generative AI and Conversational AI
  3. Proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Insights, and Automation technologies
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and business needs
  6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  7. Experience in working with diverse industries and understanding their digital challenges
