Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local labor and public relations systems, and possess solid connections with relevant local government departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient management of official systems and supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data accurately into the labor system.
- Maintain and update information in the public relationship system.
- Manage and oversee related governmental platforms and systems.
- Support and execute other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; preferred with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office automation software.
- Strong communication, coordination, crisis analysis, and document writing skills.
- Familiar with finance-related processes and local laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Arabic and fluent in English.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor systems and public relations platforms.
