As the Talent Development Manager at Riyadh Development Company, you will be responsible for leading the company's succession planning and learning & development initiatives. Your role will be critical in identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent to support long-term organizational growth and sustainability. You will work closely with leadership to build a robust talent pipeline, enhance employee capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong HR expertise, a passion for people development, and a proven ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an integrated succession planning framework to ensure leadership continuity and strategic workforce readiness.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify critical roles and develop succession plans that align with future organizational needs.
  • Develop and manage competency-based learning and development programs that enhance individual and organizational capabilities.
  • Lead the identification and development of high-potential employees through targeted learning paths, coaching, and mentoring programs.
  • Build and oversee leadership development initiatives to prepare future leaders and support internal mobility.
  • Assess training needs across departments and design tailored development solutions that close skills and knowledge gaps.
  • Develop and implement structured learning programs and development tools that enhance employee engagement, skill-building, and career growth.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using key performance indicators and data analytics.
  • Promote a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, training vendors, and academic partners to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
  • Align all development programs with Riyadh Development Company's vision, values, and strategic goals.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 4 years specializing in talent development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading company-wide development programs and succession plans.

Core Competencies

  • Deep expertise in succession planning, leadership development, and learning strategy.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and ability to assess program effectiveness.
  • Experience with talent management systems and digital learning tools.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
