As a Senior Manager Finance Process and Systems, you'll have the opportunity to work with and support finance teams across the Polaris organization to identify their challenges and opportunities for digital transformation. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business needs. You'll build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, work closely with business processes, and lead initiatives to design and deliver impactful solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design, develop and deploy digital solutions to the office of finance.
- Document solutions; data flows, detailed UX components, financial and business logic rules, data integrations and any associated data transformations/ETL rules.
- Develop all logic and associated data integrations and user interfaces to automation finance processes and enable greater finance insights.
- Evaluate and propose new software solutions to support digital transformation.
- Support the core business owner teams with administration of solutions, security updates, meta data changes, migrations from development.
- Test new capabilities and provide insights on use cases for broader teams.
- Collaboration across the business partner community to help elevate digital transformation opportunities across the organization.
- Maintain and document financial procedures and collaborate with business partners on developing and enforcing effective processes and controls to maintain financial integrity.
- Lead FPS developers, coaching and training team members to help support finance and reviewing to ensure alignment to best practices and optimized solutions.
- BA or BS in Information Systems or Business Systems. Prefer coursework in Accounting, Finance or Financial Systems.
- 10-15 years experience developing and architecting solutions for the office of finance, manufacturing experience a plus.
- Experience developing in a variety of languages; VB.Net/Java/Python development, SQL or C#.
- A curiosity and drive to innovate and continuously improve processes.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a matrix environment with multiple customers and evaluators.
- Strong skills in multi-dimensional financial modeling and data interchange/integrations required, experience with CPM/EPM solutions, OneStream, Oracle, and DB Architecture and Design. Alteryx and/or Power BI a plus.
- Strong process, analytical, influencing, and communication skills.
- Driven with the ability to work independently and manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives at once.
- Dynamic fast-paced team environment.
- Standard office environment with limited travel.
- Medina, MN location.
The pay range for Minnesota is $136,000 to $168,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
