Summary: The Marketing Coordinator assists the Marketing Manager with the execution of tasks.
Job Description:
Marketing Management Support
- Assist in the delivery of all planned campaigns
- Create tracking links and maintain tracking master files per show
- Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
Exhibitor Marketing
- Act as point of contact with all show exhibitors including sending email, marketing requests, product image requests, PR information, etc.
- Conduct follow-up calls
- Ensure the marketing side of the exhibitor manual is updated and managed for the next edition
- Onsite management of exhibitor requests
- Ensure all sponsorship marketing deliverables are actioned and in a timely manner
Administerial Task Management
- Liaise with external suppliers and assist in the coordination of design and production of marketing collaterals including sales brochures, visitor tickets, print advertisements, web banners/emails etc.
- Carry out other administrative and other duties as required by show team
- Provide reporting information as required by show team
- On-site support at shows involving ad-hoc work as required, this can involve extra hours
- Perform any other duties that are commensurate with the grade and areas of responsibility
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in B2B Marketing
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a support role where working accurately, and to deadlines is a prerequisite
- Native Arabic Speaker
- Practice good time management
- Be trustworthy, professional, and reliable
- Demonstrate good teamwork with co-workers/peers
- A good eye for design and the ability to write compelling content.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing or a related field.
