Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum CX-Scrum Master and MS Project along with domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead project planning sessions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  3. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  4. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  5. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  6. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  7. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  11. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  12. Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  13. Oversee the development and implementation of project deliverables.
  14. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  15. Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
  16. Utilize MS Project for project scheduling and tracking.
  17. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.
  18. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  19. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
  20. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
  21. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  22. Ensure that project outcomes align with the company's strategic goals.
  23. Contribute to the company's growth by delivering high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
  24. Enhance the company's reputation by delivering projects that positively impact society.

Qualifications

  1. Must have extensive experience in Scrum and CX-Scrum Master.
  2. Must be proficient in using MS Project for project management.
  3. Must have domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.
  4. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Should have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Should be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  8. Should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  9. Should be able to adapt to changing project requirements.
  10. Should have strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  11. Should be willing to travel as needed.
  12. Should be able to work from the office during day shifts.

Certifications Required

  1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP)
  3. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
