Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and acquiring new customers in the heat exchanger market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Achieve sales bookings, invoicing, and margin targets
  • Generate new enquiries and acquire new customers (contractors and sub-contractors)
  • Review enquiries and guide the application team in preparing quotations & submittals
  • Follow up on submittals to secure approvals from clients / consultants
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with clients
  • Coordinate with the service team to provide after-sales support to existing customers
  • Follow up on project payments to ensure timely realization
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with solid commercial skills
  • 5+ years of experience with heat exchangers and PICV (Pressure Independent Control Valves)
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in English and Arabic
  • Ability to travel
