Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise accounts, with a focus on security products, cloud solutions, and services. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients in the KSA market. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security and cloud products and services sectors. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our security and cloud product offerings, as well as industry trends and competitive landscape. Effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, providing timely support, and delivering exceptional service. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services. Share customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account activity, sales performance, and market trends. Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account management, with a focus on security and cloud products and services. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Strong understanding of security and cloud technologies, trends, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
