As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to provide world-class service and ensure that our guests have a seamless experience.
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, guest check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about resort services and amenities. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and organized, with a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all required information is accurately recorded.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
- Address guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure overall guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the resort's booking system.
- Ensure all guest information is securely entered and maintained in the system.
- Assist with coordinating guest services, such as transportation, dining reservations, and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Handle cash and process payments, following the resort's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with resort management systems or booking platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
