Job Overview:
We seek an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a background in engineering to lead our ID fit-out services marketing and sales efforts in the corporate and hospitality sectors across the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development within the fit-out industry and established relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and Business Development:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for fit-out projects in the corporate and hospitality sectors, particularly in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.
Develop and execute a business growth strategy tailored to the specified area, leveraging active connections and partnerships.
Proactively network with key decision-makers, influencers, and KOLs to generate leads and build lasting client relationships.
Analyze market trends, competition, and potential regional customers to identify expansion opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand business contacts. - Sales and Client Relationship Management:
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring the fit-out solutions meet client needs in terms of quality, budget, and timelines.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to upsell and expand service offerings.
Prepare and present customized proposals, including fit-out solutions and services tailored to the needs of clients in the corporate and hospitality sectors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client. - Project Knowledge and Expertise:
Utilize your engineering background to provide technical expertise, ensure project feasibility, and articulate our fit-out services' value proposition.
Stay updated on specified Territory projects, and offer insights into how our services can align with the requirements of these developments.
Coordinate with the project management team & Commercial team to ensure smooth handover and execution of fit-out projects from the sales phase to delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or interior design is preferred. - Experience:
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in business development, specifically within the fit-out industry.
Proven experience in the corporate and hospitality sectors is essential.
Strong familiarity with specified Region projects and an existing network of KOLs and decision-makers in the area. - Technical Skills:
Understanding of fit-out processes, design, and construction workflows.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders.
