You 'll make a difference by
  1. Analyze the project's technical documents, specifications, and drawings to fully understand the customer's requirements, includes reviewing the single-line diagram (SLD).
  2. Create base design drawings to be submitted to the customer for approval. These might include: (SLD, general arrangement drawings, plan view arrangement, Ring Circuit Diagram, Interlocking Logic, list of Equipment, AC/DC Load Calculation, Heat dissipation, CT/VT Data and Protection Relay & Metering Schedule, etc.)
  3. Develop more detailed design drawings for the customer's review, including CT/VT circuits, equipment, and terminal diagrams.
  4. Create detailed manufacturing drawings to be used by the factory for fabrication of the switchgear and related equipment.
  5. Preparation as manufactured drawings & as built drawings after the system has been fabricated and installed.
Your success is grounded in
  1. B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (power systems).
  2. Knowledge of AIS & GIS MV Switchgears and familiar with IEC & ANSI standards.
  3. Knowledge of system architecture design software such as, AutoCAD, MicroStation and VISIO.
  4. Knowledge of protection relays, metering devices and communication protocols.
  5. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
