Enterprise Greenfield Marketing Lead

Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented, self-directed field marketing expert to lead our Greenfield Enterprise segment marketing in MENAT. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.
As the Greenfield Enterprise segment marketing lead in MENAT, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the Enterprise Greenfield customer audience and their needs, creating a scalable marketing strategy to address them. This audience includes local and global enterprises, encompassing both technical and business decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include understanding our business strategy, customer needs, building targeting frameworks, defining propositions, planning programs, developing campaigns and messaging, and coordinating execution across MENAT field marketing teams to deliver results.
Key job responsibilities- Develop and execute regional enterprise greenfield field marketing programs to increase awareness, education, customer adoption, and pipeline growth.
- Leverage global marketing resources to meet sales needs, innovating and simplifying strategies without large budgets.
- Serve as the marketing contact for the sales team and leaders, participating in calls, meetings, and planning sessions.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with Pre-sales, Demand Generation, and Solution Architects teams to support their goals, collaborating with marketing leaders and peers to increase engagement and program support.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with field marketing stakeholders about strategy, tactics, goals, and campaign performance.
- Provide detailed campaign updates through regular reviews, highlighting key metrics and KPIs.
The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team drives revenue and growth across a spectrum of customers, from small and mid-market to enterprise and public sector. The MENAT Marketing team is diverse, experienced, and distributed across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey regions.

Minimum Requirements- 5+ years of experience in acquisition marketing or channel programs management.
- Data-driven with experience using metrics to improve strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
- Experience scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Campaign development and execution across multiple time zones and languages.
- Ability to lead and align large teams and agency partners.
- Experience with joint marketing plans with global strategic partners.
- Fluent in Arabic (speaking, writing, reading).
