The Research Center fosters high-quality research, promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, and drives innovation across multiple academic fields. It aims to enhance research excellence, increase scholarly output, and develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions, industry leaders, and funding organizations. This role is ideal for distinguished academics with a strong research background and a passion for institutional research development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the research strategy of the center in alignment with institutional vision and best academic practices.
  • Oversee research projects and ensure high-quality academic output.
  • Develop funding strategies, attract research grants, and foster academic and industry partnerships.
  • Lead scientific publication efforts, increasing the volume and impact of published research in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Manage research teams and mentor researchers to achieve academic excellence.
  • Organize academic conferences and research symposia to enhance collaboration and broaden research impact.
  • Promote applied research and contribute to the development of research policies and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: Philosophy, Social Sciences, Public Policy & Regulations, or Public Administration.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an academic researcher in a research institution or university.
  • A strong research portfolio with at least four (4) published papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Experience in managing research centers or large-scale research projects, with in-depth knowledge of research policies and funding mechanisms.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead research teams.
  • Capability to develop and strengthen local and international research collaborations with academia and industry.
