Responsibilities:
  1. Cashflow responsibility for MENA region (both sell-in and sell-out).
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  3. Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth.
  4. Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.
  5. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  8. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Country Manager or a Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry.
  2. Strong network in the security industry on the MENA market.
  3. Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  6. Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team environment.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Willingness and ability to travel.
  9. Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
  10. Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
