MENA Sales Leader

Dubai / Riyadh Business Development Department – Full-time, Remote

Ajax Systems is an international technological company and Europe's largest security system manufacturer. The company has sales representatives worldwide, including Italy, Spain, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, South Africa, and other regions. The Global Business Development team is composed of like-minded people who share the ambitious goals of Ajax Systems.

The best software combined with powerful hardware has changed the perception of security systems for users and industry professionals. Ajax is recognized at major specialized exhibitions such as IFSEC, Expoprotection, and Intersec, and has won prestigious awards from industry-leading media like PSI magazine and GIT SECURITY.

Ajax Systems' production includes three factories, two in Ukraine and one in Turkey. The company's certification according to the ISO 14001 standard ensures minimal impact of production on the environment. The selection of components for Ajax device manufacturing is determined by the presence of manufacturer declarations confirming compliance with RoHS requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Cashflow responsibility for MENA region (both sell-in and sell-out).
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  3. Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth.
  4. Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.
  5. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  8. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Country Manager or a Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry.
  2. Strong network in the security industry on the MENA market.
  3. Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  6. Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team environment.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Willingness and ability to travel.
  9. Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
  10. Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
  11. Well-presented, professional, reliable, and ethical.
