Responsibilities
  • Review of Quality documents such as Contract Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan, Procurement plan.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to perform criticality assessments on project Materials in accordance with SAEP-1151 requirements. Use the results of criticality assessments to assign appropriate inspection levels and prioritize and plan quality surveillance and inspection activities effectively.
  • Reviewing Purchase Requisitions material submittals as per Aramco requirements before submitting to the client for approval.
  • Participate in review of technical bid evaluation to make sure quality aspects are met by vendors in line with Material Requisition.
  • Review of No objection letter before submission to client before award of PO.
  • Prepare the IAP (Inspection Assignment Package) and submit it to the client for approval.
  • Perform/Participate in the Pre-Inspection Meeting with Vendor.
  • Communicate with the Project team and client to coordinate inspection activities in a timely manner and resolve any quality-related issues or Nonconformities.
  • Coordinate the review and approval, as necessary, of quality-related procedures (such as Inspection and test Plans (ITPs), weld procedure qualifications, welder qualification, NDT procedures, heat treatment procedures, and pressure testing procedures) and quality reports.
  • Ensure the inspections and tests are carried out in accordance with the approved ARAMCO Forms 175 or Special and the established Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Review all inspection reports and transmit a copy to COMPANY.
  • Prepare and transmit a Two-Week Look-Ahead Schedule of all planned Inspections and test activities and a weekly fabrication status report in accordance with Schedule Q requirements.
  • Prepare and submit inspection disposition reports once inspection activities are completed.
  • Assist the engineering team in preparing material requisitions (MR's) in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards.
  • Review of Aramco NMR 601 & 602.
  • Report to the Quality Manager.
Qualification:
  • Relevant education, preferred engineering degree.
  • Relevant industry/project experience.
